KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Coordinate with the overseas team to ensure timely shipment of goods and the preparation of all required shipping documents.
• • Liaise with clearing agents at ports and local borders to facilitate smooth customs processes.
• • Monitor daily inventory levels of all products in transit.
• • Perform managerial duties including planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and delegating tasks effectively.
• • Manage loading and offloading schedules in coordination with internal teams and external contractors.
• • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions to maintain correct inventory status.
• • Validate company operational certificates and licenses, and oversee their renewal and expiry management.
• • Ensure timely registration of product sales with relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable frameworks.
• • Prepare and issue export documentation in line with buyer specifications and agreed timelines.
• • Ensure full compliance with quality assurance protocols and statutory regulations.
• • Collaborate crossfunctionally with other departments to support seamless operations.

Job Qualifications / Skills

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution.
• A master’s degree in business administration or a related professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience in shipping, clearing, and forwarding, or within an export oriented company.
• Strong background in export/import processes, documentation, cost and budget planning, and execution.
• Indepth knowledge of logistics and shipping operations.
