Prolific Innovations Limited is hiring a dynamic, reliable, and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient shop operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and welcoming retail environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Sales: Engage customers professionally, promote and explain products, process sales transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- • Stock Management: Receive and unpack merchandise, arrange and display products neatly, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages promptly.
- • Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the shop, including dusting, sweeping, and ensuring an inviting display area.
- • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, provide guidance on product use, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Job Qualifications / Skills
• Strong passion for sustainable agriculture and commitment to supporting smallholder farmers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
