Abacus is seeking a Stores Clerk to manage the movement, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials in accordance with SOPs.

Reports to: Stores Executive

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Receive and verify materials, ensuring proper documentation.
- • Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage conditions.
- • Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile figures.
- • Issue materials to production and ensure reconciliation.
- • Maintain accurate logbooks and inventory records.
Job Qualifications / Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
