KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create monthly plans for sales and marketing activities, including community sales drives, focus group discussions, marketing campaigns, and door-to-door outreach in identified catchment areas.
• • Work with the Branch Manager to organize monthly three-pack training sessions for identified groups of potential customers to meet monthly targets for the group lending product.
• • Conduct financial literacy training for identified groups.
• • Train clients on FINCA Uganda’s Self-Managed Group Product methodology.
• • Guide groups in selecting leaders and establishing group governance principles.
• • Emphasize group formation, cohesion/solidarity, and record-keeping during training sessions.
• • Evaluate group members’ readiness to access FINCA financial services.
• • Implement monthly action work plans and provide weekly feedback to the Branch Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Product Associate.

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the operational area.
