The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling internet access, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, while fostering customer relationships and meeting sales targets

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Identifying and prospecting potential customers by researching their needs and preferences.
- • Generating and following up on sales leads to create opportunities for new business.
- • Conducting sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of the company products
- • Closing sales by negotiating with customers and addressing any concerns or objections.
- • Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- • Achieving sales targets related to customer acquisition within set timeframes.
- • Providing regular feedback and reports to the team leader and Indirect Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Job Qualifications / Skills
• At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals effectively.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within set timeframes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address customer objections or concerns and close sales.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stay focused under pressure to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to provide regular feedback and collaborate effectively with team leaders and sales managers.
