        Insight Management Uganda Limited is hiring Direct Sales Representative (DSR) (60) responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s products and services directly to customers. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets through field marketing, referrals, and outreach activities.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell the bank’s products, such as opening of accounts.
- • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- • Conduct field marketing and door-to-door sales (opening of bank accounts & other products to customers) within assigned territories.
- • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and terms, ensuring proper understanding before sign-up.
- • Collect and verify all required customer documents as per KYC and bank policy.
- • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- • Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights to the supervisor.
- • Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional campaigns organized by the bank.
- • Uphold the bank’s image, brand values, and compliance standards in all interactions.
- • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- • Quality and accuracy of submitted applications.

Job Qualifications / Skills
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in financial services).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and email).
• Working Conditions
• Field-based role with regular travel within assigned sales territory.
• Work involves meeting customers in markets, offices, and public spaces.
• May require working extended hours to meet targets.
