KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Support the sales team in achieving company sales targets.
• • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service at all times.
• • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and reports.
• • Follow up on client feedback and build long-term customer relationships.
• • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Job Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
